Our goal is to make the entire process simple and transparent for you.
If you still cannot find the answer to your question after reading the explanations below - do not worry! You can always contact us, and our specialists will help you through the process of returning the old part.
What is the deposit?
The deposit (Polish: opłata manipulacyjna) is a security measure that allows us to constantly offer remanufactured components. After purchasing a product, you can send your old part back to us and recover the deposit, provided the returned part meets the requirements described below.
Can I return a different turbocharger than the one I purchased?
No. The returned part must be the same as the one purchased. In the event of returning a different part, the deposit is non-refundable.
What requirements must the returned turbocharger meet?
Please remember that it must be the same part as the one purchased. Additionally, depending on the condition of the turbocharger, you may receive a full or partial deposit refund. Every returned part is inspected according to guidelines and assigned to one of three categories (A, B, or C). The criteria used to assign a part to a specific group, along with example photos of turbochargers, can be found in this PDF file.
How much time do I have to return the old turbocharger?
You have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to deliver the old part to our premises.
Who pays for the shipment of the old part?
We provide free delivery for products purchased from us. However, please be advised that the cost of shipping the old part back to us is covered by the Buyer.
How should I pack the old turbocharger?
Safely preparing the package is your responsibility. If the part is not properly secured, it may be damaged in transit, which could ultimately result in a reduction of the refunded deposit amount. To prepare the shipment, you can use the same box and packaging materials in which our turbocharger arrived.
What should be included in the package?
Please place the properly secured old turbocharger (part) and a legible note (preferably printed or written in block capitals) in the package, which should include: order number, full name, and contact details (e-mail, phone number). Without this information, we will have difficulty identifying your order, so please ensure you have included this note in the package.
Which courier should I use to send the shipment?
You have full flexibility in choosing a carrier. You can use services such as DPD, DHL, InPost, GLS, or FedEx.
Important rules regarding the shipment of the old part:
- The package must be delivered directly to our office address - we do not collect packages from parcel lockers or collection points,
- We do not accept cash on delivery (COD) shipments,

To which address should I return the old part?
Please send the prepared package to our premises at the following address: QRP Automotive SP. Z O.O., Bratnia 8 PL-56-400 Oleśnica.
When will I receive my deposit back?
