The turbochargers in our shop with the status "REMAN" are products that have undergone complete refurbishment. Complete refurbishment involves replacing all components responsible for the operation and life of the turbocharger with brand new ones. Depending on the type of turbocharger, the replaced components are as follows:
variable geometry systems
actuator with position sensor
turbine housing/exhaust manifold
Complete refurbishment is the best alternative to the purchase of a more expensive brand new turbocharger and for basic refurbishment based on replacement of the repair kit, rotor and compression wheel. Correct use of such a turbocharger guarantees long, safe and trouble-free operation, because the turbine will operate just as a brand new one and will ensure long and service life.
MACHINES WE WORK ON
Professional technological facilities allow us to test/set up the turbocharger so that the final quality of the product does not differ from the original unit. We use machines from reputable manufacturers whose technology is used to produce new turbochargers. We have certificates issued by manufacturers confirming the efficiency of machines and completion of necessary training by our staff.

WHAT DOES HIGHEST QUALITY MEAN?
In addition to the use of the latest technology in machines and the work of qualified staff, the key element is using parts of the highest quality. Only a combination of all these factors allows you to get a fully satisfying effect that will meet the needs of the most demanding customers. We always use original parts or replacements from renowned manufacturers for repairs.

DISASSEMBLY OF THE TURBOCHARGER
The first stage of refurbishment is to dismount the turbocharger into parts and determine the reasons for its damage.
Then clean dirty elements from old oil and other impurities. We use special washers.
The cleaned housings are sandblasted. Thanks to glass beading, we can get rid of the rest of the dirt that washers could not clean (e.g. rust).
CHANGING THE CORE/CHRA
We replace the (CHRA) core with a brand new one or assemble it from individual parts.
If we assemble the core from individual parts, all its elements are brand new (bearing housing, turbine wheel, compressor wheel, back plate & repair kit).
CORE BALANCING AND LEAK CHECK
We use high-speed balancing machines supplied by two global manufacturers: Schenck and Cimat. The speed of balancing the core reaches up to 300,000 rpm.
REPLACEMENT OF VARIABLE GEOMETRY
If the turbocharger is equipped with the VNT/VTG variable geometry system, our service includes its replacement with a new one.
ASSEMBLY OF TURBOCHARGER CASINGS
The ready turbocharger components are all assembled together. We always use new bolts and pins for screwing. The flat surfaces of the turbine body before assembly are planed to be perfectly flat at the installation locations. In some types of turbochargers, e.g. turbines from gasoline engines, we also replace the hot part (cast iron, manifold) with a brand new one due to mechanical damage such as cracks.
SETTING VARIABLE GEOMETRY AND ACTUATOR
We set the exhaust gas flow through variable geometry and actuator operation. We use 3 machines and 3 devices for this process.
PROTECTION WITH WARRANTY SEALS
We secure all screws and settings with special paint.
REMEMBER: Breaking the warranty seals, making repairs/modifications/design changes by the user are the basis for losing the product warranty.
