
Return and exchange
As a Consumer, you have the right to return or exchange* purchased goods within 14 days of receipt of the shipment. You don't have to give a reason, but we'll be grateful if you do.

What conditions must be met?
The returned product must be in its original form, i.e. in the technical condition in which it was delivered - not used.
Products which display:
traces of use / operation / assembly;
making repairs, alterations or structural changes independently by the user or other unauthorised people;
mechanical, thermal, chemical or intentional damage to the goods;
THEY ARE NOT SUBJECT TO THE RIGHT TO WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT AND EXCHANGE.

Note! Only natural persons have the right to withdraw from a contract concluded remotely. For companies and institutions, only exchange is possible.
Withdrawal process:

Before contacting us, please provide your order number and invoice number, then write to: info@turbochargers-shop.com


2. SUBMISSION
We receive your submission. You receive a withdrawal form from us ** or you can download it here. Fill out the form/statement. At this stage, you can decide to exchange the product or obtain a refund. We will be grateful if you provide a reason for the return.


3. PRODUCT RETURN
We await your product return. You can send it to us on your own or use the service of our courier (payable service - the cost will be presented by email).


4. EXCHANGE OR RETURN
We start the exchange or refund process (as per your decision). You will receive information by email.
Product exchange process:

2. SUBMISSION
We receive your submission. You receive the withdrawal and exchange forms ** or you can download them here. Fill out the form/statement.


3. PRODUCT RETURN
We await your return of the products along with completed return and exchange forms. You can send it to us on your own or use the service of our courier (payable service - the cost will be presented by email).


4. PURCHASE THE RIGHT PRODUCT
If you are pressed for time, you can buy the right product *** during the return procedure. Place the order for the right product and we will process it as a separate purchase. With this option, please enter the new order and invoice numbers in the exchange form.


5. REFUND / EXCHANGE OF GOODS
After receiving the returned goods, we will start the refund process. If you have not yet purchased the right product, you can decide on a full refund and a separate purchase of a new product or settlement of a new order with the original one (then we settle the difference - if any). We will inform you by email about the progress of the exchange process and the settlement.
*To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform TURBOSHOP POLSKA Krzysztof Kurp with headquarters at ul. Gen. Maczka 5/6 56-400 Oleśnica, e-mail: info@turbochargers-shop.com of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement (for example, a letter sent by e-mail or traditional mail).
**Filling out the withdrawal form is not mandatory. In order to meet the deadline to withdraw from the contract, you need to send us information about your intention to exercise the right of withdrawal from the contract before the deadline for withdrawal expires. Only in the case of exchanging goods please complete the return and exchange forms.
*** If the right product is not available in our shop, we will propose an individual delivery date or a refund for an incorrectly purchased product.
