§ 1 Glossary of Terms
- Administrator - QRP Automotive SP. Z O.O., with its registered office at Bratnia 8, PL-56-400 Oleśnica, with NIP number: 9112055005, REGON number: 529935630, which is the entity managing the Service.
- Service - the website we operate at turbochargers-shop.com along with all its subpages and subdomains, within which services are provided, and information and products are presented.
- User - any natural person, legal entity, or organizational unit without legal personality that uses the Service or the services offered by the Administrator.
- User Account - an individual administrative panel available to the User after registration and login to the Service, used for managing personal data, order history, and utilising additional functionalities.
- Materials/Content - all textual elements, graphics, product photos, databases of part numbers and vehicle data, descriptions, articles, and the form of product presentation posted on the Service.
§ 2 General Provisions
- This document, the Service Usage Policy (Policy), sets out the general rules for access to and use of the Service, including rules concerning copyright and limitations of the Administrator's liability.
- This Policy does not regulate the process of concluding sales contracts, complaint rules, and returns - these issues are described in a separate document available on the Service: https://uk.turbochargers-shop.com/regulations.
- The rules for processing personal data and the use of cookies are described in a separate document available on the Service: https://uk.turbochargers-shop.com/privacy-policy.
§ 3 Copyright
- The owner of the Service is the Administrator.
- All rights, including proprietary copyrights and database rights, to the Materials/Content available on the Service - including articles, information, descriptions, graphics, product photos, databases of part numbers and vehicle data to which a given part fits, and the form of product presentation - belong exclusively to the Administrator.
- The Materials posted on the Service are protected under the applicable provisions of law, in particular the Polish Act of 4 February 1994 on Copyright and Related Rights. Similar protections exist under UK Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 and other related Intellectual Property laws concerning content and databases.
- Any use, copying, dissemination, or modification of the above-described Materials without the written consent of the Administrator is prohibited.
- Any infringements for using the Materials without the Administrator's consent are subject to sanctions provided for in the applicable law.
§ 4 User Obligations
- The User is obliged to use the Service in a manner consistent with the law, good practice, and this Policy.
- The User is prohibited from providing unlawful, offensive, or infringing on the personal rights of third parties through the Service.
- The User undertakes not to take actions aimed at disrupting the operation of the Service, including attempts to gain unauthorized access to other Users' Accounts or the Administrator's resources.
§ 5 Disclaimers and Liability
- The content contained in the Service (including advice, descriptions, technical data) is for informational purposes only and should be treated as such.
- The Administrator makes every effort to ensure that the Service operates without interruption. We reserve the right to a temporary break or limitation of access to the Service's resources due to technical, maintenance reasons, and for reasons beyond the Administrator's control (e.g., failures of external suppliers).
- The Administrator is not responsible for the content of external websites to which links are posted on the Service.
§ 6 Policy Changes
- The Administrator reserves the right to change this Service Usage Policy for important reasons, such as:
- a change in the law applicable to the provision of electronic services,
- a technological change or a change in the scope of services offered,
- the necessity to adapt the Policy to the recommendations, interpretations, or rulings of public administration bodies or courts.
- The change of the Policy occurs through the termination of the current terms.
- Users who have a User Account will be informed about changes to the Policy by e-mail sent to the address indicated during registration, with at least 14 days' notice. In the message, the Administrator will indicate the changed content of the Policy.
- The effective date of the changes is 14 days from the date of notification.
- During the notice period, a User who does not accept the new content of the Policy may delete the Account or contact the Administrator (via e-mail: info@turbochargers-shop.com) and inform about their non-acceptance.
- In the event of failure to delete the Account or failure to submit an objection to the new content of the Policy by the end of the 14-day notice period, the User is deemed to have accepted the new content of the Policy.
- For unregistered Users (Users using the Service without creating an Account), the new Policy comes into force upon its publication on the Service's website and applies from that moment.
