    • I don't know what turbocharger I have in my car. What should you do?

Call us, write an e-mail or fill out the contact form. We will ask you for information such as: make and model of the vehicle, capacity, engine power and code, VIN.

    • How to identify a turbocharger?

The turbocharger number should be read from the rating plate. Depending on the manufacturer, the plate may be on:

- compressor body (aluminium lid - cold part)

- core (turbocharger centre)

NOTE! If the turbocharger plate is illegible - contact us. We will definitely be able to choose a turbine for your vehicle.

    • How do I find the right turbocharger in the shop?

There are two methods through which you can find a specific turbocharger.

-Dynamic search engine:

Enter any phrase, e.g. manufacturer number, OEM part number, vehicle make and model, or engine code.

-Search engine by brand and model:

Select the make and model of your car, then the version and engine. As a result, all turbochargers installed in the given model will be shown.

    • I have a turbocharger number but I can't find it on the website.

Contact us and we will definitely help and present a favourable offer. It is likely that the turbocharger has not yet been added to the site.

    • I found a turbocharger in the shop - but I'm not sure it will be suitable for my car.

In this case, click "CONFIRM VIN" in the product card. Then complete the form with your email address and body number. We will check if the product is suitable for your car and send you an e-mail with feedback.

    • Where can I find the VIN?

The VIN of the car can be found on the vehicle's registration certificate. Physically in the car, depending on the manufacturer, this number can be found in the following places: engine compartment on the right side reinforcement, near the right shock absorber socket, frontal partition near the air intake chamber, vehicle cabin near the right front seat, right wheel arch, middle right car body post, right front car body post, right side of the support frame around the right front wheel, left bottom part of behind the windshield.


    • How to place an order and buy a product?

After selecting the product, add it to the cart and go through the purchase process, providing data such as: contact details, delivery address, invoice details. Then choose the form of payment and order the product. Remember to double check your shipping and invoice details.

    • How to pay for shopping?

We offer our clients several forms of payment, among others: traditional transfer, by credit card or via a selected payment system.You can find more information about payment in the PAYMENT section.

    • Do I have to register?

We do not require account registration to make purchases in our shop.

    • What is the delivery time?

The estimated delivery time is given in the product card.More information about the delivery can be found in the DELIVERY section.


    • What is the warranty period?

We provide 24-month unlimited mileage warranty for both new and refurbished turbochargers. Each turbocharger is delivered with a warranty card. Information on the warranty conditions can be found in the TERMS OF WARRANTY section.

    • Are the new turbochargers offered as original units?

Yes. The new turbochargers we sell are original products for the so-called first assembly.

    • Do I have to give back the old one when buying a turbocharger?

We do not require return of damaged turbochargers.

    • Do I need to set up the turbocharger additionally?

No. Both brand new and refurbished turbochargers are ready for assembly and require no settings.

    • How do you refurbish a turbocharger?

    • Does the turbocharger need to be installed by an authorised service centre?

No. You install the turbine in your own scope, but we recommend choosing the right service or mechanic for correct assembly. Incorrect installation can cause further damage to the turbocharger. The warranty card describes the process of correct assembly and diagnostics.


    • Can I return/exchange a purchased turbocharger?

Certainly. You will find all the information regarding product return and exchange in the RETURN AND EXCHANGE section.

    • How does a product complaint look?
